We are offering a five-day round trip excursion between Whitehorse and Dawson City to discover the Yukon and follow in the footsteps of the gold rush. Our package includes two days and two nights on a boat with camping in a tent along the banks of the Yukon River, one day in Dawson City and two days and two nights in a camper truck on the Klondike Highway.
Depending on your likings and the reservation availabilities, you will do the one-way journey from Whitehorse to Dawson City by boat or camper truck (days one and two) and return from Dawson City to Whitehorse by the other means of transportation (days four and five). The two options offer exactly the same features, only the chronology of the trip changes.
Two options
Option 1:
Monday: Leave Whitehorse around 7:00 am by boat on the Yukon River and sleep in a tent.
Tuesday: Trip on the Yukon River and sleep in a tent.
Wednesday: Arrive in Dawson City in the morning by the Yukon River. Day in Dawson City. Leave with camper truck at the end of the afternoon or early evening. Sleep in camper truck on the Dempster Highway.
Thursday: Travel in camper truck on the Klondike Highway and sleep in camper truck.
Friday: Travel in camper truck on the Klondike Highway. Arrive in Whitehorse in late afternoon.
Option 2:
Monday: Leave Whitehorse around 7:00 am by camper truck on the Klondike Highway and sleep in camper truck.
Tuesday: Travel in camper truck on the Klondike Highway and sleep in camper truck.
Wednesday: Arrive in Dawson City in the morning by road. Day in Dawson City. Leave Dawson City by boat at the end of the afternoon or early evening. Sleep in a tent along Yukon River.
Thursday: Trip on the Yukon River and sleep in a tent.
Friday: Trip on the Yukon River. Arrive in Whitehorse in late afternoon.
